Hi all, dont know if any of you remember but i posted here last week stressing about my IVA proposal as it was being re-proposed and i asked the likelyhood of MBNA selling my debt between my 1st meeting (2 weeks ago) and the one thats being held tomorrow.

Contact my IP today to see if she'd heard from MBNA and i was told they hadnt sold my debt and had rejected the re-proposal, Lombard had requested a fax of the proposal which she sent over today, they voted yes to the first proposal so shes not worried about them, no mention of Lloyds TSB was made so i assume they either havent voted yet or agreed again, my other creditor Northern Rock havent voted yet, they rejected my first proposal hence the need to repropose it...Now my question is if my creditors meeting is set for 12 o clock tomorrow when is the last time a creditor can vote?
Im really hoping that NR dont vote this time and as long as Lombard agree again they will out vote MBNA and my IVA will be agreed so everythings crossed until 12 tomorrow!!!
