If I am named as company secretary, but am only paid in dividend, how will an IVA work with this?

Hi l12

Can you be more specific as to your enquiry? Is it you who is thinking of proposing an IVA? If so, to receive a dividend you must also be a shareholder of the company. The dividends you receive will be treated as your income within an IVA.
