what can i expect to happen if my iva is rejected on thursday will the creditors give me a chance to sort a dm or can i expect to be hit with lots of court orders

My creditors meeting is on Thursday morning as well. If it's not accepted then I'm afraid it's bankruptcy for me. I'm confident my IP will do his best but if it doesn't go through, well I tried my best.

If your IVA is rejected, then you are left with the options of Debt Management or Bankruptcy. As your creditors are unlikely to want to see you go bankrupt, where it is unlikely that they will be repaid anything, then you will have plenty of time to put forward an alternative DMP.
