Thats quite a question and difficult to answer being that you are not giving any further information!!!!
Can you post your present circumstances, who your creditors are, how much you owe etc and I am sure that posters on this forum will be able to advise you.
Have you applied for an IVA? If so, what makes you think you "can't get one"?
