I have read recently on a website that if you are in an IVA and you subsequently go bankrupt, the official receivers do not go back in your past. Is this true?

Not in my experience! I have had to send the OR the same information as someone who hasn't been in an IVA.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

This is not true - they will do exactly the same amount of investigation - failed IVA or not.
