Sadly not - but here is a link that you may find useful. It looks as if you could offer a composition to your creditors, so that would be worth looking into. I suggest that you approach one of the larger firms of international accountants such as PwC or KPMG to see if they have an insolvency department which could help you. If they don't deal in personal insolvency they will know someone who can.
