Can anybody help with this one?
We have been in an IVA for 18months now, things are ok.
We do not have any flexibilty in our IVA considering we are 'Forces', and it is much needed, and this is why... My partner has heard a rumour that he is going to be posted sometime this year. The problem arises when we do move. At the moment we only just cope, but when we move I will no longer be working ( be it only part time ) until of course I find work. So, what happens here?
We will not be able to pay our IVA the full amount when we will be short by £600 p/m.
What do we do [?]
Please help because I am really starting to worry now!!!

You will need to discuss this with your IP, but I would have thought that a variation of the terms is the most appropriate way forward.

You will have to engage them in this as they are the ones who will need to put forward the variation offer. But I would have a firm plan available, even if it is to say you need a six months payment break.
