i owed £30,000. i have had an iva for 2 years, paying £200 per month. what would you expect an early settlement fee to be ?

Hi
You are paying 12k into the IVA over 5 years,correct ?
If your IP fees are 5k for the term then there would be a saving of about 1200 but possibly a variation fee.You may well have to offer in the region of 6k to return the original dividend and secure acceptance

Great guidance from Andy, but the only one who can really advise you on this is your own IP, who can hopefully give direction on what the creditors are likely to accept given your circumstances.
