A friend of mine who his living abroad rents his house out here but he's been issued with a non compliance order so is being made bankrupt.The question he's asking is he's been told that if they can't physically issue the court summons they can't take him to court,is that true,if not anybody know the procedure?

Hi there
There is a process for substituted service if the bankrupcy petition cannot be served personally. So it is difficult to avoid being made bankrupt in such circumstances.

So can they take his house off him despite him not being in the Country?

Yes - that's about the height of it if he is in debt.

These days there is no escape from paying debt off unless you want to live in Iraqi, the world is connected and becoming a smaller place.
