Hi, i'm currently in my 2nd year of my IVA and i'm looking to rent a property with my girlfriend. Could someone please advise me on the affects my IVA will have on the rental process?

Hi there Dave. You may find a lot of rental agencies do credit checks and with an iva not easy to pass. Some may also want as much as six months rent upfront. Private landlords may not credit check. If it was me I think I would be straight up with the agency and see what they say.
