were can i get advise around south manchester with regards to my ip handing the keys back to my morgage lender,ive tryed local solicitors and they dont deal with insolvency matters,i just need soon advise/a solicitor

Are you currently in an IVA ?
If so have you discussed with your Supervisor

Your IP has absolutely no power to deal with your property at all, unless this was expressly written into the IVA and I doubt that it was! Can you explain a little more about the circumstances of your case, so that we can advise further.
