I've heard that bankruptsy means losing your passport. Does this apply to IVA's?

Hi Bill and welcome to the forum. You don't lose your passport because of BR. I'm not sure if it happened in the past, but it doesn't happen now - I was in an IVA and I'm now bankrupt and I still have my passport!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
