Child benefit is paid to my wife. If she isn't included in my IVA is this still classed as income for my IVA calculations?

Same for working families tax credit - it's paid in my wife's name. Is it also not included in my IVA?

The total household income need to be included in your income and expenditure

We split these benefits on a 50/50 basis in my practice.
