Hi,Firstly many thanks for your replys to my previous questions.
On friday i was declared bankrupt and have to go before the offical reciever on the 12th Feb.What I would like to know is are they entitled to take my wifes salary child tax credits and child benefit to pay towards my bankruptcy

Your wife's income will not be taken into account in your bankruptcy, but she will be expected to be paying her fair share of the household bills.
