I'm wanting some advice on offering [as a full & final settlement] up to 50% - depending on what I can raise in remortgaging - to my creditors, without having to go down the IVA route.

Any advice?

In principle this could work but the detail is vital for my giving an opinion as to viability.

In particular I could not provide you with mortgage advice without having undertaken a full factfind exercise with you so that I fully understand your circumstances and needs.

Might I suggest, should you wish to investigate this further, that you call me at your convenience?
