hi ,we have filled in all our paperwork regards applying for our iva ,is it okay to buy my daughter some clothes ,she is dissabled and has lost a lot of weight she does receive dla but i havent allowed for her to need these clothes however i can juggle a bit and have sold a few items that are too big for her now on ebay .
Am i supposed to stick ridgedly to the i & e allowances from now or from when the iva goes forward ? sorry if i seem a bit thick but her clothes are just hanging off her with the weight shes lost and the dla money is hers really for her needs i feel awful not giving her what she needs i'd rather cut back on food or something this month .
thanks for any advice .

Hi
You do not have to stick to your expenditure until your IVA is accepted,so go shead and buy those clothes.Don't use any credit cards though

I agree with Andy, and always encourage my clients to use the weeks leading up to a creditors meeting to try and provision for the future.
