I am currently using a debt management account inc. an IVA aggreement with gregory pennington but still Am I bound to this or can I leave the account?

I assume that you are referring to a Think banking account? If so there is no problem with opening an account with another bank and closing the existing one down. What has motivated you to want to do this?
