Hi,
My sister works for HSBC bank who are one of my creditors in a proposed IVA,
I am worried in case she finds out as i want it to be STRICTLY!! private.
Will she know about it or will it be kept Private.

Unlikely in such a large organisation unless she is specifically looking for it!
