I occasionally work a small amount of overtime (about £100 etc every other month after tax). Does this go 50/50 into the iva or not or does it depend your IP arrangement

Yes you need to check your Proposal, Nominee Report and Modifications.

If the 50/50 split has been proposed then you need to start to save 50% of the money. I normally suggest that you pay this to your IP monthly by cheque or you can save this in a seperate account and give to your IP either quarterly of when your annual review falls due.
