lloyds TSB were hubby's largest creditor 3 years ago with around £32K in total and they accepted 28p/£ then later sold on the debts to max recovery who accepted 25p/£ as full and final settlement.

They are fine so long as you do not owe them 75% of the total debts, as at the moment they are rejecting on the basis that a DMP is better for them.

Also if you are a homeowner and your secured lending exceeds more that 40% of your income - they veiw this as excessive unless there is a very good reason for the size of the payment(s)

I owed Lloyds TSB 13,250,out of a total debt of 16,500, they did not vote, this was October 2007, maybe their policies have changed recently?

I am finding that Lloyds dont vote unless they have more than 25% vote.

But they are best offer creditor so they normally accept (providing the total debt is no more than 75% in total and you are not spending more than 40% of your income on secured lending)

LLoyds TSB are a right pain in the preverbial but if the debt gets charged off to BLS [wholly owned by LTSB] they usually will accept anything reasonable interest free !
