I have just had my iva approved and i had a ccj included in my iva proposal.I can remember having to sign a form with my proposal stating that i had a ccj.

The IVA will not wipe out the CCJ nor will it give you the opportunity to go to Court and have it removed. The CCJ simply remains unenforceable and should disappear from your credit file when it's 6 years old.

Hi Michael,

Your CCJ will be overwritten by your IVA if it is accepted, the monthly amount that you pay into the CCJ will then go towards your IVA.
