My husband, who is not included in my IVA is likely to get an inheritance within my IVA period, will this be taken into account for my IVA
Hi Andrea,
No your supervisor can not take any of the inheritance from you husband if he is not in the IVA - it cannot be classed as a windfall.
You may be able to approach your IP for a full and final settlement if you wished to.
