1. How long does your name remain on the insolvency register?

2. When you are faced with a box that says "Have you previously been declared bankrupt" do you tick No as you are in an IVA?

Sorry having mass panic about the fact i want to work in the middle east at the end of the year and worried the IVA may affect my chances

1. An IVA stays on your file until completion, revocation or the failure of the arrangement.

2. You would tick No as you would not have been declared bankrupt.

I dont think they ask about "insolvency" on the middle eastern visa forms but if they did i presume to that i would tick "yes"
