My car has no M O T can I be made to put this right? I am on pension credit the car is probably worth £1500 when it has an M O T

The bankruptcy order has actually no influence on whether you MOT your car or not, however if the car is not going to be used for work purposes you do run the risk that the Official Receiver could wish to see it sold unless it has already been exempted from the estate.
