Are the any circumstances in which you must declare a completed IVA once the six years have passed?

I know often when you are applying for credit they say " Have you EVER entered into an IVA or bankcrptcy??" (

Mmmm I know....but are you legally obliged to declare this once it's been wiped from your credit file??
