I am considering going bankrupt as I have debts of over £40,000 and 15 or more creditors.
I am currently filling out the forms. When completing my household income do I out in my partners wages and if so should things like his travel expenses be put in the household expenditure part?

You will need to include the household income - but make it clear which is his and which is yours, and also explain how you pay the shared bills.

Can I ask why you have decided that bankruptcy is the best option for you?
