if there is a drop in income but we are still able to make the monthly payment with the help of family and friends will they fail the iva at the 3 monthly review?

They can only fail the IVA Gavin if you are not paying your payments. If you are being supported by family and friends, then the Supervisor and your creditors will be delighted - but can you sustain this in the long run, and how will you pay them back?

Hi
My father in law subsidised our IVA for many months.
Something that I will always be grateful of.

Andy I am always impressed by your honesty - your experience really adds authenticity and a genuine feeling that this site is about helping as opposed to the many that are there to make money out of those who find themselves in unforunate circumstances[^]
