Melanie,Can i just say thankyou to you for your wonderfull advice and information you have given me since i found this site in November 2007.If it wasnt for your help and other people on this site i dont know how i would have got through the last few months.Im sure other people feel the same way i do . You don't know how happy posts like this make me feel! Thank you so much for taking time to write, and if I and the other experts on the forum have been able to provide you with advice and support through a difficult time then that is what this community is all about.

I am also glad that I found the forum just over a year ago. I have learned so much from the experiences of other IPs, and valuable lessons about the real truth behind living through insolvency, which sometimes we professionals can disregard behind the legalities.

I wish you well with your IVA and don't forget to keep posting to encourage all of the other people out there who are starting on the same path you commenced all those months ago.

I'll second that Rachel! Melanie has helped me so much, especially since I went BR last year - I don't think I could have got through it without her and some very special friends that I have made on this forum.
