i currently have an iva it is for £13500 i have paid of 1500,a friend may help me by getting a loan so i can make an offer to settle early what is the minimun i can offer please help me,many thanks

Do you mean that your debts are £13.5k or the amount you are obliged to pay into the arrangement over a five year period?
For specific figures of settlement you will need to consult your own IP, but I would have thought somewhere in the region of £10,000 would be fairly accurate.
