IVA,ARE THEY JUST FOR UNSECURED DEBT OR CAN YOU ADD SECURED DEBT TO THE IVA ?

You can only add unsecured debts to an IVA.

Hi
If there is a shortfall from a secured debt when the security is sold then this can be ibcluded in an IVA
