hi i have been in my iva for just over a year when they first set it up they had my husbands debts included...(credit cards and store card),,they set up repayments on both but at last minute they took him off because the most was in my name but didnt alter the repayments..i am struggling to repay...and have got to the point where i am selling stuff to buy food...i dont want to go bancrupt or pay my iva longer cant they lower the repayments for me...or do something thank you

Hi, your best option would be to contact your IP and explain the situation fully.
It could be that they can try to have your payments reduced.
I'm sure nobody would wants you to have to sell personal belongings in order to eat.

Is there any particular reason for Bankruptcy not being an option?

What has happened over the last year to make you struggle to make your repayments? Is it a case that the payments were just set at too high a level in the first place - either by you or your creditors?
Not sure that I understand the position regarding your husband - are you saying that he has been left with no money to service his debts, as your joint disposable income is being used to fund your IVA?
