Hi and welcome.
They will consider your very best offer but beware that some creditors have certain hurdle rates.
Perhaps you could post a few more details, creditors and ammounts so one of the forum experts can advise further.

This really depends on your creditors.
They would expect you to make your best endeavours to repay as much as you possibley can. The majority of creditors would accept the your best offer but can you tell us a little more about your circumstances ?

You should turn the question around and say how much can I possibly offer. Where would you be getting the money from to make your offer with?
