i am all ready in an iva and have reduced my payments the last few months as i recently split up with my husband. Can they fail me for this?

Were the payments reduced with the agreement of your IP? Assuming that your IVA goes into default once three payments have been missed, what proposal have you and your IP discussed for rectifying the situation. If the split with your husband is permanent, then you may need to apply to formally have your IVA payments reduced.
