Hi Melanie or anybody who may advise
We rec'd our email from Melanies team with cover letter for creditors and a authority letter etc. It advised letter was to send to creditors and to return authority letter to IP etc. It mentioned receiving an engagement pack which would come from Melanie. I was just wondering as I was reading through papers again, do I actually need to return anything now ie authority page? Just not to sure if I'm waiting or if Melanies team waiting for something off me first!!! (I think I'm having one of those days...Husband came in from nightshift with body temperature of approx -12 and just jumped in beside me, of course I had too evacuate fear of frostbite)

Give Tina in the office a ring and she will explain our procedures to you again. The important thing to be doing at the moment is issuing the letter to creditors and gathering up the information you have been asked to produce. In the meantime we will be sending you over an engagement letter so you can understand our contractual terms with you and a list of exactly what we need to take your case to the next stage.

I will call Tina tomorrow? I will start to send out letters also. Wasn't sure whether we needed to hear anything further before we actually started. I am waiting for most of info coming from creditors but it has been requested...
