i am moving to new zealand have taking a 3 month holiday on payments but am worried might not have a job before next monthly payment due what would happen and also wages are a lot lower over there

If you were not able to afford to recommence your IVA payments at the level required, creditors could be asked to accept reduced payments at a variation meeting, but if you are voluntarily amending your circumstances to their detriment they may not be so agreeable.
