hello all!
Well i think my stomache ulcers have not gone away, i seem to get pain after every time i eat anything [:(] i called into the doctors today and she said if it carries on into next week she will arrange for me to have a endioscopy. oh well!
I guess i must be stressing out even after getting my iva!!! ridiculous isnt it!!!!anybody else in this boat?!?!?

Untill it all ends it's always going to be at the back of your mind. It's early days for you and you'll feel much better as time goes on. You don't get over this whole traumatic experience in one month.

It's strange how stress manifests itself physically, I get really severe headaches and achey legs.....
It is early days and you will start to feel better, it just takes time.

The stress hormones that have been around for a long time, trying to get you through this. Sometimes when theres a little relief you realise just how knackered you are and what an effort its all been, a bit like being out of breath after a run, you need time to recover.

It will get better.

Its the end of the worry, stress and fear of being accepted and the begining of the long road to recovery. You need time to adjust.

lily and ladyc you both seem experienced.How long do you think it took to get over the post traumatic stress of going through an IVA.It's still on my mind all the time.4 payments made and 6 months experiencing it? Cat
