by remembering why your doing this, to get your life back!
I know it's hard and your problems are always on your mind but you will get the break you deserve sooner or later. Keep trying to find the right solution for you and your hubby, there is one there.
Using the forum is great for the times when you just want to have a moan or let off steam, or just when you want some support when it all gets too much. We've either been there or are still there so we all know what it's like.
Don't worry Pammie, you will one day be debt free and will be able to start living your life properly again, instead of been in the never ending cycle of debt. Keep smiling hun, it does get better,
xx

Hi Pammie and hello from me.
I think the main thing to do is to look for the right solution for your circumstances. Get some advice from an Ip and sort out what is your best way forward. If your income is not definate then bankrupcy may be the better solution. It is so hard and confusing, get as much info on your options and then decide the best way forward. You will feel the weight lift when you make a decision, it is the unknown that is wearing and stressful. Just keep asking as many questions as you want. We are always here for support if you feel down.
Remember family and your health comes first, making yourself ill wont help.
Hope this helps a bit but I do understand how you feel but the fact you are dealing with it is half the way ther.

all the best Ang

Hi

I hope you sort somethhing out soon, as Ang says get as much information, write down the pros and cons for each option. If your IVA isnt working is there a chance that you could vary it?? Is BR not an option or are you just scared of it all? If you feel like a failure, dont, we all know what its like to feel this way, we are trying our best in our unique circumstances to put things back on track, this is a brave thing to do.

I read this somewhere, in order to judge a man you need to walk a mile in his shoes....... then who cares?? He is a mile away and you have his shoes....

Its sooo easy to beat yourself up about whats done but it really doesnt help. Put it behind you and live.... There is life after debt.

Take care
