Has anyone gone with Payplan for a IVA?

Are they any good?

I am with Melanie, the service I get is above and beyond anything that I expected.

I think there are a few people on this forum who have gone with Payplan though.

Good luck.

Hi Snowman,

Me and hubbie are with Payplan. They sorted us out very quickly, were easy to get in touch with.

We should have sent them our first months payment before our creditors meeting (post dated cheques), but as we didn't have either a cheque book or a debit card we didn't have to and had no problems.

I can recommend them

Hi Kallis 3

Is it true then that Payplan's fees are considerably lower than other IVA providers?

Hi Snowman,

Don't know what their fees are like in comparison with others, but I am paying as follows:-

Nominees fees - £2,500 + disbursments + VAT

Hubbies was exactly the same.

Hope this helps

Hi Kallis3

Thanks for your reply!

That seems like a reasonable amount. What are disbursments by the way?

Most IP fees are now industry standard and based upon 15% of realisations.

I think disbursments are the cost of things like letters etc.,

Could be wrong though, and I am sure someone will correct me if I am!
