Just had a sneak at the site, looks like the inhalators that are available. They give you a 'shot' of nicotine and it satisfies the hand-to-move habit. You can get these free from NHS smokefree.

I've seen these too, and seemed like a good idea, however, if you want to quit on the cheap, you should consider registering with your local NHS stop smoking clinic. It could take a month or so to get on (in the mean time, you can still puff away!), but you get your meds at prescription rates. The patches are good, they take the craving away almost completely, (and give you some amazing vivid dreams!!), plus you can take one other form of stimulant. I took the gum, but it wasnt good for me. They do a fake cigarette too, but it's not as appealing as the one on that site.

Despite all of this, you will need a BIG BOX of WILLPOWER. It aint easy, and I admit Im struggling, but as always, its a money thing...

Good luck!

I can't decide either Mrs Skint, but if I'm honest, I reckon it's maybe a good idea. I know a few people who are trying to give up and they like the idea of having it in their hand and tasting it. Hmm.

I think for some it would be a good idea because it even looks like a cigarette.

Personally, i dont want to stop smoking. Silly i know but hey, thats me.

I used an inhalator when I was stopping smoking and I felt a bit silly puffing on it!! Wasn't too bad in the house but couldn't have done it in public. I found the patches great, but as it's already been said, all the nicotine replacement products in the world won't work unless you have the will-power and the determination to stop. Good luck to anyone who is trying

nor me Mrs S. I know its stupid, but I did stop before and I wasnt even craving. I just missed it. I dont smoke in the house, dont smoke much so what harm am I doing? I just love the feeling of sitting in the garden room, on my own and letting the worries of life go.
