I have just read Melanie's blog entry for today, and just want to say congratulations to her for being shortlisted for the Insolvency Practitioner of the Year award.

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting her yet, but look forward to doing that in November.

we met melanie tonight at FF at slough and altho our IVA isnt with her or her team..she gave us half an hour of her time to speak with us privately about a couple of concerns...all i can say is....she thoroughly deserves the award....she really is an open hearted and caring person and we felt in very safe hands....in fact we felt safe there with everyone we met ....
