The following is a true story, not a gigglette ... but it's gotta be one of the funniest thing I've read in years ... AND it has a Christmassy flavour [:D].....

Disney's movie "The Santa Clause" mentions an 800 number which led to an Ohio grandmother's embarrassment. In the PG-rated film, Tim Allen's ex-wife offers to give him her phone number and he jokes, "What is it? 1-800-SPANK ME?"

Well, the grandmother, Shirley Dirth, thought the number was phony so she didn't mind letting her two grandchildren call it. She was quite shocked when they connected via her speaker phone to a phone sex line which let callers choose their own fantasy. On that real phone number, a woman's voice says, "Hi, sexy! You've just connected to the hottest phone line in America."

A spokesman for Disney has said it is just a coincidence and no one is begin punished. Hmmmm, a coincidence? Or was some Disney screenwriter being naughty and not nice? [:D]

Don't ya just love pranksters LOL

You always know christmas is close when the coke advert comes on the telly. I have just seen it for the first time this year. You know the one with the lorry all lit up?
Sad i know but for me, seeing that for the first time of the year really starts christmas for me.

Morning all, have a great day xxx

I hate wrapping presents and writing cards! I'm always happy when they are done, but I always put it off!

The weather is awful here too. So glad I'm not going anywhere tonight!

we sat down last night and put on a christmas cd ...had a glass of sherry and mince meat pie and did a whole load of wrapping....beginning to feel christmassy...havent yet seen the coca cola advert...but like everyone..i love it too

lily...you and i must be clones..i have moved the furniture 3 times in last 24 hours and every time it has ended up being put back again.!!!..my OH comes home form work and say..."okay where do i sit tonight "

i do this every year making the excuse that i have to make room for tree etc...but it always goes in the same corner so its really just an excuse to try again....the problem in my . living room is that is is long and narrow...i much would prefer a square

what a waffler i am eh??

I love Christmas...but hate anyone else decorating the tree, It's my job and I like everything to be "just so" [:I]

Last year, my 5yr old "angel" insisted on helping me - I spent the whole Christmas period re-arranging the tree!

On the tree subjuect, I love having a real tree - the smell is fab....until a certain cat pees on it [:D][:D]
