My PC went into melt down this afternoon, all I needed as Im having a bad day (panic attacks for no reasons at all n feel awful).
Got a security note from windows stating all my data & files have been stolen (then pc came up with all my drives & as though someone was downloading them) even while my kaspersky security was on & fully protected, what through me was it happened just after I had logged on to do online banking.
Phone n text a few friends as it totally baffled me, n phoned the bank but nothing they could do as online banking personal are not at work! Arrrrrggggghhh!
Ive been doing alsorts of updates n security checks for the past 6 hours on PC n its all come up with nothing n banks r ok ok for now.
Anything happened to anyone before - im really stressed out!

Lyns, if you read the previous post 'For Admin' I think it might be the same or a similar issue.
It's happened to me 3 times now and it alawys when I log out of here and try to log back in.

I think you might be right Dave.
It's something that should be ignored. Not genuine and I have emailed admin about the problems with the ones coming up on the site.
Anytime you get anything like that Lyns, just delete it. It's not genuine.

It was trying to log on here that through my pc out!
But it went mental n would not let me cancel n wanted to run everything, I managed to get rid of it n run the windows things.
I have done every single check that I can with Kaspersky security. I could not even get on her for all the things my pc was doing to make sure everything was ok x

I just clicked on the cross at the top - I knew it wasn't genuine.
I'm just waiting for admin to sort this out as it does seem to be a problem with the site.

As long as your computer is still working, then you should be fine.

Actually, i got some kind of security alert while trying to log on to here earlier.
I just ignored it and clicked it off. Didint realise it had happened to others.

I am now doing my insomnia bit again and was wary of logging on again but this time it didn't happen. Wary for the fact I'm on daughters laptop.

It may have been sorted but admin haven't got back to me.
Let's hope it's gone away. I'm still logged on from last night (I put my computer into hibernate mode) so not tried this morning.

My avast just gave me a trojan horse alert when I entered this website. Clearly still an issue.
