Although it's still a way off we've been discussing whether or not we'll have a first dance and trying to choose the music, which isn't easy! So far everything I've thought of isn't really appropriate - I wanted 'Must Have Been Love' by Roxette as we both like it, but then I listened to the words...

Any suggestions? Nothing too slushy! At the moment 'Clare Island' by the Saw Doctors is winning but we're open to ideas!

They would be too slushy for me, even though I like both of them! I would be looking for something totally different and not necessarily that slow either!

I don't mind slushy at all Jan. However, one would be hard pressed to get me up dancing infront of people, even more so if I was sober!!

I hate slush in any form! So does hubby. Neither of us do dancing in any shape or form.

I have been known to sing along to the music channels on TV, depending upon what is on!

I'll let you know what my brother chooses in a few weeks, no doubt his will be different. Daughter had a Shania Twain song but can't think of what it was now for the life of me. I would love to do slushy but with the hubby I got...........forget it!

We had a meal with my brothers-in-law and their respectives on the Friday night (they paid) and then we had a party at our house the following night. We did spend our wedding night together but then we had been living together for a number of years so it didn't really mattered.
