I'm a mess. So.......

1.Just spoken to a lovely lady at the Chancery Division, who has informed me there is currently an 8 week wait to hear BR petitions and court assistance.

2. I have my GP appointment later today, that form will be signed and I can photocopy it and send it to the creditors. That I will do this evening.

3. I see my cardiologist tomorrow. Social worker away.

4. On Wednesday at 10.30 an outreach worker for CAB based at my GP surgery will go through all the forms I have already for BR, making sure everything is correct and up to date. I shall make an appointment for 8 weeks time, at BR court.

5. I am really trying very hard to keep it tight and tidy.

Hi Quark.

Hopefully with letters going to creditors they will stop hounding you, so it's not important about the 8 weeks in reality. I know you would have like to get it sorted quicker but just keep it in the front of your mind that you are tackling the problem, there is a solution to your problem and you will get there.

We're all behind you so just keep posting on here to let us know you are ok and to give you support.[:)]
