while in an IVA. Im all in favour of my IVA so im not bad mouthing my IVA or IP or any if the process. Just sometimes when you think of simple things you just can't do because your in an iva. Im not talking big things like buy a house, the little things.
I will start the ball rolling, for me its cycle to work. I have a bike, but its expensive so can't use that for work. Every few months i think i would like to cycle to work but need £400 - £500 for a proper road bike, work doesn't do cycle to work scheme so no go there, but i never have the cash to get a bike, i know in the long run i would save £70 a month on petrol if i could bike, means i could pay more into my iva for 9 months of the year but its now the end, and something i never got round to, maybe in 8 months time.
So anything for you guys??

Hire a car from the local hire centre (sometimes need to get a larger vehicle to ferry visiting family round --- or get a van to move stuff). Centre require CC details - apparently a debit card isn't acceptable.

I needed to hire a van recently, so I used Connect by Hertz. I was accepted with no problems at all, and all I have is my Co-op debit card.

Great post and interesting to hear the honest answers.
For me, it was (and still is) annoying at the cost of leasing a reliable car for hubby.

I will spend what I can, within my means. I'll be pretty close to retirement then so won't have much money to play around with.
