I posted a while ago about Harry having some bald patches. No more have appeared but he's still got the original ones so we phoned the vet and it turns out he's suffering from stress, which is common in cats!

We're not sure why, but next door have had some building work done so we're wondering if it was that. The vet told us not to take him in so we don't stress him any more but to keep an eye on him. We've bought him a Feliway diffuser which we haven't used yet and we're making a fuss of him a lot.

It's a hard life being Harry Puss!

Awwww poor Harry!!! We bought those diffusers to try and stop Latch from weeing everywhere, didn't work[:(]

I can understand cats getting stressed, our 2 love routine and it doesn't take much to get them meowing! They rule the roost here and even get Dobby to let us know when they want to come back in!

I bet Harry is loving the extra fuss[:)]

Poor Harry!! I'm sure he'll be ok once the building work is finished.

Have to agree with Julie that the diffusers are a waste of money - we had one for Bella with the fireworks and it had no effect at all - complete waste of £24!!

I'm sure he is loving the fuss!!

Just found out that a friend of mine has the same problem with one of her cats and the vet diagnosed the same - stress. Its almost as though they self harm, poor little loves. Lots of tlc until it passes I think. Good luck x

We're away at the moment and he's relaxing in front of the fire looking like he hasn't got a care in world!

I think he's enjoying the fuss and he enjoyed shredding my hand even more. Never mind him self harming, it looks like I am!
