Just signing off for a day or two as I am going in to get a hernia repaired. Dont worry though as I shall be back very soon and have a good few weeks off work on the sick so I can spend plenty of time on here helping others.

Thanks for the best wishes folks. Still in the hospital as the pain of sitting up was too much so they are keeping me overnight!
