New year and I am determined to get fitter and lose some of this timber I have collected over the years. Found a photo of me 9 years ago and [:0] I have put on so much weight!
I start a new job on Monday, so thought the time is right to get back to my old self. Portion control is a must for me and I have just completed my first fitness session with forces fitness. Even though I walk the dog every day, I am so unfit!
I have a free trial with the fitness this week and then it's £25 a month for as many sessions as you can fit in. It was hard work and very muddy, but hey if it works it will be worth it.
Hope others will join me on thus post. If only to keep ne motivated.

Good luck Julie! I was looking at British Military Fitness but I might wait until the spring as the only classes I could make would be evening ones! I'll go back to the gym and try my new Davina exercise DVD until then. I did join WW today though as I need to do something to shift the weight before the wedding!

I've just eaten a pork pie, but am a little stressed, perhaps the adrenaline might burn it off? No?

Hope you're okay Jan.
We can do this Skippy - I'm going to weigh and measure on a Saturday morning, hopefully I will see an improvement in fitness levels too.
