I'm the same - if I'm stressed I eat! People keep telling me I'll lose weight because of the stress in the run up to the wedding - my problem is the only time I don't eat is when I'm ill!

I used to binge eat then go on drastic diets. Depended on what the stress was as to.how I dealt with it. When hubby and my father were ill at the same time and in hospitals 20 miles apart then I used to eat on the move or go to the pub and eat all the wrong stuff!! With the iva I was so worried that it wouldn't be accepted that I just didn't feel.hungry.
