Jan help please. Could you delete the post which I made regarding Mortgage Term Extension please. The reason I am asking is because I just googled the same thing and my entry (IVA Forum) came up - now if my MIL does the same thing, which she probably will, she will know from what I have written, about our situation. Thanks x

its amazing that the admin team are there to resolve our issues within a short space of time. I wish BT were the same ! xx
